Westridge Real Estate Receives Permission To Demolish Kielys Pub Of Donnybrook And Build A Co-Living Development On Its Site
Dublin City Council has granted Westridge Real Estate permission to construct a co-living development on the site of Kielys pub in the south Dublin suburb of Donnybrook. Westridge Real Estate applied for planning permission last September to demolish Kielys pub and build a shared living complex that would include a restaurant and café on the site.
