This Coven convection ovens, warm air in forced circulation, is ideal to cook, to grill, to cook “au gratin”, to brace ect. Optimal therefore for meats, fish, vegetables and small pastry. This oven is equipped with door opening from right towards left, manual humidifier and two internal lights. This is the smallest oven of Covenindicated for viennoiserie, pastry shop laboratories and hotel kitchens (bake off).
